What Are Your Per transaction and Processing fees?
No Transaction Fees and No Processing Fees - Period. We don't believe in sneaky surprises at the end of each month. Your Members and Events system will have a flat monthly fee - period. |
What Is Your Support Policy, and how much assistance can I Expect?
We believe in hand-holding helps are clients! We provide FREE, UNLIMITED technical and implementation support. The system is simple to use, but has the power to manage and automate the most complicated tasks. We train you and your staff on how to use the system, AND we also provide consultation and support to assist you in achieving your overall objectives. |

What Type of Training is Required?
Because we provide custom set-up of your members and events system, you avoid the "grunt work" of having to enter data and perform the "technical" work of getting your system exactly how you want it - that's OUR job! Members and Events provides a unique balance of do-it-yourself and professional support. How Long Does It Take Before Our System is Fully Operational?
Since we set up your database and customize forms, etc., you avoid a tremendous amount of techno work, and save much more time! In general, it takes about 2 weeks for us to incorporate your database, and customize the system for your association or organization. |
What Is Your Customer or Client Philosophy?
We provide one-on-one support, and consider our relationship a partnership. As our valued client, you will have a designated account manager that provides both support and consultation during and after set-up of your system. We describe our philosophy as "The neighborhood coffee shop". If you've ever been to one, you'll know what we mean. The staff knows your name, they know what you like to order, and enjoy talking to you. Our approach is not mass production. We don’t want to become Microsoft (no offense Bill), as we seek the rewards and satisfaction of being true partners with our clients. |
How Does Members and Events Work With My Current Website?
We work with you and your organization to integrate with your current site. In general, we “grab” your pages and add the appropriate “code” to make them interact with your membership database and other automated features. We also add new links and pages to support the feature rich set of automated tools including event calendars, online RSVP and registration forms, simple press-releases and news updates to your site.

Do I Have To Import My Existing Database? Do I need to manually enter data?
No. Members and Events is not a “go it alone” solution. Part of our service and commitment to you INCLUDES set up of your database and adding all appropriate data entry “fields”. Members and Events requires only the most basic skills. If you can surf the web or type an email, you can manage your association or membership with ease. |
